- We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition.

Mine looked a little different from the pic, i thought the turtle shell pattern would have a deeper engraving, but i still like it.

This turtle coaster arrived timely. It is the cutest wooden coaster i’ve ever seen. You can detach the shell of the turtle, and it can act as two separate coasters. It’s a great quality for the price i paid. I did not communicate with the seller.
