Customer Support Representative

Be the friendly voice of Wafflemango and make sure every customer feels looked after. Fluent English essential.

As a Customer Support Representative you are often the first and most important point of contact our customers have with Wafflemango. You handle questions about orders, products, shipping and returns with warmth and clarity, and you turn everyday problems into reasons for customers to trust us. This role is fully remote, but you work closely with the wider team to keep our service sharp.

What you will do

  • Answer customer emails and messages clearly, warmly and on time
  • Resolve order, shipping and return questions from start to finish
  • Spot recurring issues and flag them so we can fix the root cause
  • Keep our help content and canned replies accurate and friendly
  • Work with the team to keep response times fast and quality high

What we are looking for

  • Excellent written and spoken English is essential
  • Calm, patient and genuinely helpful, even under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and good judgement
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Experience in e-commerce or customer support is a plus

Social Media Manager

Bring the Wafflemango brand to life across social, grow our community and turn followers into customers.

As our Social Media Manager you own how Wafflemango shows up across social. You plan and create content, build a genuine connection with our community and use what you learn to keep getting better. You will shape the brand voice, spot trends early and help turn an engaged audience into loyal customers. This is a creative, hands on role with real ownership.

What you will do

  • Plan, create and schedule content across our channels
  • Grow and engage our community every day
  • Develop and protect a consistent brand voice
  • Track performance and turn insights into better content
  • Work with support and product to keep messaging aligned

What we are looking for

  • A sharp eye for design, trends and storytelling
  • Strong writing skills and a feel for brand voice
  • Hands on experience growing social channels
  • Organised, self driven and comfortable working remotely
  • Basic content creation and editing skills are a plus
