Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum order amount, no hidden fees. The total you see at checkout is the total you pay.
We currently ship exclusively within the United States. We hope to expand to more countries in the future — stay tuned!
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Once shipped, transit takes an additional 3–8 business days.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can enter it on our Track Your Order page at any time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the email for tracking to become active.
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of purchase, please contact us at support@wafflemango.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we'll offer a full reshipment or refund at no cost to you.
Orders
Yes — you can cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by emailing us at support@wafflemango.com. After this window, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be cancelled. If it has shipped, you'll need to follow our return process.
We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us at support@wafflemango.com within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damage to both the product and its packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Please reach out to us immediately at support@wafflemango.com with your order number and a photo of the item you received. We'll ship the correct item to you and cover all return shipping costs for the wrong one.
Larger orders may occasionally be shipped in multiple packages. If part of your order hasn't arrived, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for the remaining package(s) to be delivered. If they still haven't arrived after that, contact us and we'll look into it right away.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. There are no restocking fees. To start a return, email support@wafflemango.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Our team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
3. Securely repackage the item with all original tags and accessories, and mark the RMA number on the outside.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases where the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect — in those cases we cover all return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit — if you're still waiting after that, feel free to contact us.
We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or product, simply return your original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right item into your hands.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are encrypted via SSL and processed in compliance with PCI DSS standards — your payment details are always handled securely.
No hidden fees. Applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. The total shown at checkout is the exact amount you'll be charged — nothing more.
