Excellent chandelier, matches the product description. Installation is straightforward, instructions are provided. The seller packaged the product securely, but upon delivery we discovered that one part was broken - the seller sent a replacement and an extra spare part. Excellent service.
The chandelier looks great. Two shades arrived chipped at the base, but it didn't prevent them from fitting.

A beautiful lamp, the ideal size for a low ceiling, and to give a very chic touch... the only thing I didn't like was assembling it, and for that you need a bit of patience! Otherwise, very happy.
The chandelier was sent well-packaged, and nothing was damaged during transportation. The seller was always in touch, responding promptly and politely to all questions.
