    • Order cutoff is 5:00 PM EST (New York). Orders placed before then begin processing the same business day.
    • We ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
    • Estimated delivery is 4 to 11 business days to all destinations within the United States.
    • Your total delivery time is our handling time plus the carrier transit time. If your order falls over a public holiday, the estimate adjusts accordingly.
    • As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
    Return & refund information

    We want you to love what you buy, and if something is not right, returns are simple and free:

    • You have 30 days from delivery to start a return.
    • We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items.
    • Items must be returned in new, unused condition.
    • Exchanges are welcome.

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on our order tracking page to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours after the email for tracking to activate.
    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at support@wafflemango.com with your order number. There are no restocking fees.
    Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to post the credit.
    You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@wafflemango.com. After that window, orders may have already entered processing. If your order has shipped, you'll need to follow our return process instead.
    Damaged items: Contact us at support@wafflemango.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

    Lost packages: If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of purchase, reach out and we'll open a carrier investigation. If confirmed lost, we'll reship or fully refund your order.
